We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies where required by law. In addition, PadleNation voluntarily extends the return period to 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Worn, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at padlenation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Returns sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔹 DAMAGES AND WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
🔹 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
